Content: Secretary of the Army Francis Harvey resigned, the second official in as many days to lose his job over deficiencies in outpatient care for wounded service personnel at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Americans risking their lives to serve their country deserve the best care. It's a shame that a bunch of heartless bureaucrats are trying to justify their useless existence.
