Title: Housing Still In The Dumps

Blog Entry: It took four years to build up the housing bubble. It will likely take several years to work out the excess of housing inventory, either new or existing. Even with the steep drop in new home sales, I don't think we have hit a bottom just yet. Credit is still tight. People are still scared. Only the areas that are considered desirable will recover faster if it's priced right. Hang on to your hats.
