Blog Entry: A depression in the Gulf of Mexico is expected to intensify into a tropical storm and hit the South Texas coast tomorrow. I just hope this time that the governments are ready unlike 2005. The last hurricane disaster showed that the private sector reacted much faster than the government did. Wal-Mart and Home Depot acted much quicker to help victims than the governments.
