Blog Entry: As a clear signal that the French are looking for change, the right wing Nicolas Sarkozy was voted in. Will he actually put in the much needed economic and social reforms to get France out of the wine cellar? I doubt it. The French are very set in their ways. More pain will be needed before things can turn around. To see how things should be done, they only have to look at England.
