Despite all the noise made about Kyoto, a lot of the developing countries' priorities will be giving its population access to clean water. Let's face it, without water, you cannot live. Furthermore, the developed nations will have to invest billions in their aging water infrastructure. Getting your stock portfolio hydrated is the way to go.
